Run for the Cause – Join the Ruby Mountain Relay in the effort to raise money for the official race charity- The Northern Nevada Autism Network. Teams can gather donations for the official charity from friends, families, businesses, team/club sponsors etc. Teams must use this provided online FUNDRAISING TOOL. All donations must be submitted by September 1, 2013.

Make a difference! The Ruby Mountain Relay has partnered with the Northern Nevada Autism Network to raise money and awareness for one of our country’s biggest epidemics today. Once considered rare, autism now affects as many as one in 88 children in the U.S.
Turn this adventure into something that will not only benefit you and your team but will have far reaching effects on area community children and families that need autism treatment & diagnostic evaluations.
Raise $500+ (Each team member would only have to raise $42)–EASY!

Put yourself into the fundraising competition by clicking on the FUNDRAISING TOOL above. Teams will have until September 1st to fund-raise. Winners will be announced via email to team captains, on Facebook and on this page.
Fundraising strategy suggestions: Teams can gather donations from friends, family, businesses, team/club sponsors etc. Consider asking for a .50 a mile pledge and be sure to use the fundraising tool on the website as it will also help you send emails to potential donors etc. THANK YOU!
The goal of Northern Nevada Autism Network is to improve the lives of everyone affected by autism. We accomplish this by funding autism treatment, because we know Elko’s communities and schools are healthier when children with autism have the benefit of treatment. We help parents locate medical providers for diagnostic evaluations and service providers for treatment. We are a diverse group with experience in parenting children with autism. We are dedicated to raising public awareness about autism and its affects on individuals, families and communities.
